These terms cover buying Smara through this site. Green coffee is not sold here; the offer list, samples and enquiries open a conversation, and anything agreed in it is agreed by email.

Smara is sold through a Stripe Payment Link. The amount, the delivery cost and your details are taken on Stripe's page, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms it.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Coffee is a perishable food, so a bag can be returned only unopened and in its original packaging; opened bags cannot be returned. Ask first through the enquiry form, and we will send instructions. Bags sent without asking will not be accepted. Returns go to 75 Marksbury Road, Bristol, BS3 5JY.

If a bag arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, tell us through the enquiry form as soon as it arrives and we will put it right.

Once a return is received and checked, an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
